EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
- All registration cancellations must be received online or in writing via email to
MIX08@ustechs.com by the dates listed below.
- Event Registration Full refund minus $100.00 USD processing fee when cancellation
received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Monday, February 4, 2008. No refund
after February 4, 2008.
Substitution Requirements:
- To request a substitution email the event team at
MIX08@ustechs.com and request a substitution form. A new person may substitute
for an active registration for the same registration fee.
- The original attendee should not cancel the registration.
- If the payment method is changing, the new attendee must provide payment prior to
issuing a refund to the original attendee.
- The Registration Team will facilitate the transfer of hotel reservations up to one
week before the event. Substitutions requested after February 26, 2008 require the
attendee to contact the hotel directly with reservation changes.
- The registrant is responsible for canceling or changing travel reservations.
- Cancellations of travel and hotel reservations are the responsibility of the registrant.
Hotel reservations made through the registration website are automatically cancelled
when the corresponding event registration is cancelled.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Any changes/cancellations to your hotel reservations must be made no later than
seventy two (72) hours prior to hotel check-in (3:00pm Pacific Time).
- Through February 26, 2008 changes/cancellations can be completed online at Registration Returning Services
or by contacting the MIX08 Registration team via email at
MIX08@ustechs.com.
- From February 27, 2008 to 72 hours prior to hotel check-in, all changes and cancellations
must be made directly with the hotel. Failure to do so will result in reservation
charges to your credit card of one night room and tax (9% *subject to change).
- Cancellation within 72 hours prior to hotel check-in will result in reservation
charges to your credit card of one night room and tax (9% *subject to change).
- Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in a reservation charges
to your credit card of one night's room and tax (9% *subject to change) in addition
to the cancellation of the remainder of your hotel reservation.
- A valid credit card is required by the hotel upon check-in for all hotel charges.
- All hotel charges will be payable directly to the hotel upon check-out.
