Blue Flavor employs some of the most respected names in web design and development.  If you attend any of the popular web design conferences, you've probably learned something from one of their experts.  Besides things like Leaflets and their speaking engagements, they do work for clients.

Molly Holzschlag sat down with two of the founders, Brian and Nick, to talk about how they approach projects.  What makes Blue Flavor different from a traditional agency?  Is there any friction caused by having multiple high-profile people on the same project, working directly with the customer?

It's a really fascinating interview.  They cover some design philosophy, process, and interesting anecdotes from their history.
