Lightmaker is the design agency behing such megabrands as Harry Potter and David Beckham's online presence. They built the Orlando Magic online seating selector using Silverlight.

Scott Barnes interviewed Lucas from Lightmaker at ReMIX Australia. Lucas is pretty honest about the good, bad and ugly. Watch the interview to get the perspective from a team who built their first Silverlight app in just 4 days.
