Hi. It's Paul Dawson here. If you saw this session at MIX - thanks for coming, and making it a thoroughly enjoyable experience for me. I can only hope it was the same for  you!

So here's why I'm here - I'd love to get your comments on the Session, for good or bad, it's all ok. Or even if you want to hear something else next time... I'm taking suggestions!

Thanks again.. Comment away!

Was a brilliant session - especially liked the Dawson family
 portraits at the beginning Smiley

It's great to see Virgin taking such care to make every touch point
part of the brand experience and is certainly something we should strive to do with all of our clients.

Lots of food for thought... thanks for a great session!
This is without doubt the finest user experienc presentation I've ever had the privilege to watch. Well done Paul. The pink plane interior made me feel a bit quesey though.

Really nice review from Allan the Microsoft Stuntman! Very flattering to be in the company of Guy Kawasaki, Plaxo and Facebook!

Oh, and I think that "is that even a word" is rapidly becoming my favourite phrase!

Thanks Allan!

Paul Dawson, Conchango did a talk showing how they do ‘total experience design’, he showed some nice examples of their personas and a really nice spec project for Virgin galactic on the total experience of buying a mega expensive seat on Virgins space program.  I really liked the process innovation they showed and it seemed like a great business development process.
